Who is Barb?

Barbara Spector is the founder of SmartMoves, Inc., a one-stop shop for all things talent management. Her presentations help executives and sales leaders uncover solutions to all of the “unknowns” that prevent them from accelerating their bottom-line revenue, mindset, strategies, and action plans. With over 20 years of sales success, Barb has been a multi-million-dollar producer in her own right and recently named the Woman of the Year by the National Association of Professional Women. Her extensive experience has given her key insights into the challenges that face her audiences, from sales reps to CEOs.

Barb has a degree from Boston University, has been a guest lecturer at Syracuse University’s School of Sales & Marketing. She is certified in over a dozen assessment methodologies, and sits on the board of the National Speakers Association.
